the publication of Dariusz Pacak's new book


translated into English by Ryszard Reisner

We are very pleased to announce that our book, 
The Seasons, has an official publication date, 
September 25, 2006 and will be launched on Sunday, October 8
at the Medelhavsmuseet (Mediterranean Museum).

Dariusz Pacak, poet and opera singer, born in Lodz and graduate of the
Wroclaw Academy of Music, currently lives in Vienna. He is the recipient
of scholarships from The Ministry of Culture and Art in Warsaw and The
Ministry of Research and Science in Vienna as well as many awards for 
poetry and singing.

     A member of several literary associations, among others, World Academy
of Arts & Culture, World Congress of Poets (USA) and Union of Polish
Writers Abroad (London), Dariusz Pacak is an active ambassador for poetry
between East and West in his search for truth and meaning through culture’s
interior. He is the author of several collections of poetry, including Birds of
Emanations (Krakow, 2001), W  Podruzgotanym Ciagu (Poznan, 2003) and
House Of The Golden Fleece(Poznan, 2004). 

     Dariusz Pacak has been translated into English, German, Chinese, Czech, 
Slovakian, Mongolian, Hindi, Korean and included in such World
Anthologies as “Inscriptions In Time” (USA, 2002), “The Best Poems &
Poets 2003” (USA) , “Theatre of The Mind” (London-Paris-New York, 2003)
and “Contemporary Writers of Poland” (USA, 2005).
