Agnieszka Kuciak lives in Poznan and lectures on Polish literature
of the Romantic era and the works of Dante. She is known for her translations
from the Italian and has published a new edition of Dante’s Inferno
and a collection of sonnets by Petrach. Her first collection of poems,
Retardation (2001), is considered the most outstanding Polish poetry
first collection of the past decade. |
