Stefan Borg

Stefan Borg born 1954 in Örebro, Sweden. Joined the airforce in 1973, working as a  fighter pilot until 1983. Studies of Russian language and literature at the University of Stockholm from 1983 to 1985. 1984-85 visiting student at the State University of Moscow, USSR. Upon his return to Sweden, translations into Swedish of Berdyaev and Shestov. In 1994, he founded Nimrod Press and began to publish translations of existential philosophers such as Shestov and Kierkegaard. Since 1995, he has translated and published nine volumes of Søren Kierkegaard's 
philosophy. Stefan Borg now lives with his wife and two children on a 
farm in Skåne.
